Accelerators

By regulating the rate of vulcanization and crosslinking efficiency, accelerators help shorten cure time, improve processing stability, and give rubber products sound physical and mechanical properties. Depending on the formulation and processing conditions, different accelerator types can be selected to build a suitable cure system.

Improved Vulcanization Efficiency

Accelerates the crosslinking reaction between rubber and sulfur, shortening cure time and raising throughput, while helping to build an appropriate and stable crosslink structure.

Better Processing Safety

Different accelerator types allow scorch time and cure rate to be adjusted, reducing the risk of premature vulcanization during mixing, extrusion, calendering, and molding, and giving greater flexibility in setting processing conditions.

Optimized Vulcanizate Properties

With the right cure system and accelerator combination, the strength, elasticity, abrasion resistance, and dynamic performance of rubber products can be improved to meet the requirements of different applications.

A high-efficiency multi-functional antidegradant combining excellent ozone resistance, flex crack resistance, and heat and oxidation resistance. It provides effective dynamic protection for rubber products, making it particularly well suited to tires and other high-durability rubber applications.
