Rubber Additives
Rubber additives are essential functional materials in rubber formulations, used to improve processability, vulcanization efficiency, aging resistance, and final physical properties. Depending on the formulation and the demands of the application, the right combination of chemicals can enhance mixing and dispersion efficiency, fine-tune vulcanization characteristics, and improve the stability of rubber products under service conditions.
Accelerators
Vulcanization accelerators significantly shorten cure time and lower cure temperature while increasing crosslink density and efficiency, delivering better physical properties and higher production output.
Antidegradants
Antidegradants protect rubber from cracking and property loss caused by oxygen, ozone, and heat aging, significantly extending the service life of the finished product.
Processing Aids
Processing aids improve compound flow and filler dispersion, reduce mixing energy and the risk of sticking or scorch, and deliver smoother, more consistent extrusion and molding.
Accelerators
By regulating the rate of vulcanization and crosslinking efficiency, accelerators help shorten cure time, improve processing stability, and give rubber products sound physical and mechanical properties. Depending on the formulation and processing conditions, different accelerator types can be selected to build a suitable cure system.

Accelerates the crosslinking reaction between rubber and sulfur, shortening cure time and raising throughput, while helping to build an appropriate and stable crosslink structure.

Different accelerator types allow scorch time and cure rate to be adjusted, reducing the risk of premature vulcanization during mixing, extrusion, calendering, and molding, and giving greater flexibility in setting processing conditions.

Ozone and Flex Crack Resistance
Improves rubber's resistance to ozone and repeated dynamic deformation, reducing the risk of surface cracking. Suitable for tires, belts, and other rubber products under dynamic service.

Long-Lasting Protection
Delivers sustained protective performance, helping rubber products maintain stable physical properties and consistent quality throughout extended service and storage.
A high-efficiency multi-functional antidegradant combining excellent ozone resistance, flex crack resistance, and heat and oxidation resistance. It provides effective dynamic protection for rubber products, making it particularly well suited to tires and other high-durability rubber applications.
A heat-resistant antioxidant that effectively inhibits high-temperature oxidative aging while offering strong long-term protection. It also reduces the effect of certain metal ions on rubber degradation, making it suitable for compounds requiring heat resistance and long-term stability.
A high-purity TMQ antidegradant with low residual impurities and high active content, delivering consistent protection against heat and oxidative aging. Its lower volatility and better color make it well suited to rubber products with demanding quality and appearance requirements.
A long-lasting antidegradant for dynamic applications, offering good ozone and flex fatigue resistance together with improved non-staining performance. It can be used alongside 6PPD and other antidegradants to enhance the long-term protection of rubber products.
